Description
- 07:15 am – Sign up (unless you arrive 1 day earlier, before 6:00 pm)
- 07:45 am – Pick up to Aking Jetty Gate 3
- 08:30 am – Boat departs to the first dive site
- 08:30 am – Boat departs to the first dive site
- 12:30 pm – 2nd dive
- 02:00 pm – Lunch on boat
- 03:00 pm – 3rd dive
- 04:00 pm – Arrive at A’king Jetty Gate 3
- Subsequent days the schedule remains the same unless it has been informed during the trip.
- Note: time above are estimates and depend on the arrival time of customers/sea conditions/dive time/etc.

Standard room (Permata Resort – Dungun)

By Bus/Car to Tenggol from Kuala Lumpur (5-6 hours)
- Take a bus or drive to the town called Dungun. There are buses that either stop or pass by Dungun while travelling to Terengganu. While booking please ensure you choose Dungun. The ride is approximately 4 – 5 hours. You can book your bus ticket from Catchthatbus.
- Take a 10-minute taxi from Dungun bus stop to the Dungun jetty point
- Then take a 45 – 60 minutes boat ride from Jetty point to the Tenggol island. The boats at the jetty point are operated by the dive centers. We highly recommend booking the boat ride with the dive center since there are no other alternate options. All our package includes the return boat transfer
By Flight to Tenggol from Kuala Lumpur (3-4 hours)
- Fly to Kerteh Airport in Terengganu from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (SZB) Subang Airport which takes approximately 1 hour. Malindo Air operates flights in this route.
- Take a 45 – 60 minutes taxi from Kerteh Airport to the Dungun Jetty point.
- 45 – 60 minutes boat ride from Jetty point to the Tenggol island. The boats at the jetty point are operated by the dive centers. We highly recommend booking the boat ride with the dive center since there are no other alternate options. All our package includes the return boat transfer.
Payment
- Upon booking, the full price will be collected.
- You will receive a confirmation email in 24 hours or less.
- If your dates are not available, we will suggest alternative dates.
Cancellation
- There will be no refund for any part of the package that is not utilized/no-show/cancelled
- Travlapp will not be responsible for any cancellation or change in schedule due to unforeseen circumstances which may include, delay of arrival time, severe weather, sea conditions, medical emergencies, etc.
Refund
- More than 3 days prior to arrival, 50% refund (if full payment made)
- Less than 3 days prior to arrival, 0% refund
- If you book a hotel with us, it will be Permata Resort, which is on the mainland in Dungun, not Tenggol island itself.
- Lunch is provided on the boat on diving days. Breakfast and dinner at your own expense.
- Must show valid proof of scuba diving certification (Open Water Diver certification or higher)
- Minimum age is 10.
